PLANN3 is a consulting firm, developed on the experience of fifteen years of work in the formation and implementation of the Lean Construction philosophy.
Led by Architect Bruno Badano, it begins its activities as a consultant with the aim of providing companies in the construction sector with the knowledge and tools that allow them to improve their productivity and delivery times, by optimizing their production processes.
WHAT IS IT?
It is a management methodology, designed to maximize value to the client and eliminate everything that is not equal to the minimum and necessary. It defines these excesses as waste, and its elimination, together with the ability to generate value, is the heart of the system.
It establishes quality standards on management processes, generating coordinated and predictable production environments that, with the incorporation of performance indicators, improve deadline management and reduce costs.
The Lean methodology has its origins in the automotive industry. Since its introduction to construction in the early 1990s, Lean Construction has become the new standard when it comes to construction management.
By using the Last Planner methodology as a task manager for our work plan, we can achieve a continuous workflow, avoiding process stoppages and improving communication between all parties involved.
